The goal of our Winter Maintenance program is to avoid any possible headaches for our homeowner clients. We aim to give peace of mind under our weekly, biweekly or monthly supervision of your home. We try our best to be proactive about any possible perceived problems. We will document and inform you of any issues we might regrettably find. We will save you overall time and money as we stand guard over your cherished assets. Winter watch observations are executed between November 15th to April 15th.

All fire alarms and thermostats are checked.
Inspection of any water type issues such as leaks, mildew, or mold.
We will immediately alert the owner of any damage.
Check all windows, slider, and door entrances.
We visit property after severe weather; document, report and make recommendations for problem solving.

We will be an extra pair of eyes on your property giving you peace of mind and a better return rate of satisfied vacationing renters. The Summer Maintenance program schedule is June 1st to October 5th.
